her STORY

"When I first started with Avi, I had just joined Third Street Barbell. I had never really thought about weightlifting as a consistent workout plan to get back into shape, but I was really curious about it. My goals at the time were primarily focused on weight loss while also wanting to gain some strength.

Since training with Avi, I was able to shed close to 25lbs while training with her over a year ago. I then took some time away from training with her and was able to shed another 15lbs on my own, but now I'm back with her to achieve some serious strength gains!!!"

"The thing I enjoy most about training with Avi is her attention to detail. She's very precise in her feedback and has perfected her own ways on how she delivers that feedback. She really looks to relate to her clients and communicates with specific analogies or descriptions so that it sticks with them.

I'm a visual learner so in-person sessions have been the most helpful to me. Her programming is really great, too. It's clear, easy to track, and over time, really illustrates the progress I've made with her.

Avi is incredibly knowledgeable about the correct and safest strength training techniques and practices. After starting back with her, I already feel a HUGE difference in how my body feels while strength training. I can't recommend her enough."
