Online coaching

Online coaching is designed for lifters who are comfortable in the gym and proficient in their movements. This option is ideal for those who don’t need consistent hands-on coaching but want detailed feedback to refine technique, optimize training, and break through plateaus with a more intentional, personalized program. Online coaching includes:

  • Personalized monthly training program

  • End-of-block progress check-in call

  • Responses within 24 hours for video and message check-ins

  • In-depth feedback including text, audio messages, demo videos, diagrams, etc.
